We collect and store only the data that is necessary to operate SellerTree and provide basic analytics. This includes:

• Account data: your email address used to log in via magic link.
• Store data: store name, store link, WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, city, language preference, and your store bio.
• Product data: product names, descriptions, prices, image URLs, and variant options you configure.
• Order metadata: when a customer submits an order form on your SellerTree page, we log non-financial metadata such as product ordered, variant, quantity, timestamp, and basic customer details typed into the form (e.g. name, area, notes).
• Technical and usage data: information about how the site is accessed and used, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and basic usage patterns, which helps us secure and improve the service.

3. WhatsApp content

SellerTree generates a pre-filled WhatsApp message based on the order form. This message is sent directly from the customer's device to your WhatsApp number. SellerTree does not read, monitor, or store the content of your WhatsApp conversations. Once the customer is redirected to WhatsApp, further communication happens outside of SellerTree and is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your SellerTree account and store.
• To display your product catalog and generate WhatsApp order messages.
• To provide you with basic analytics about orders and product performance.
• To maintain the security, stability, and performance of the platform.
