Data deletion for SellerTree

SellerTree is operated by SellerTree For Online Selling, a sole establishment licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (License No. 1579234).

1. What data do we store that relates to Meta products?

For the Instagram embed feature, SellerTree stores only:

• Instagram post URLs that merchants manually paste into their dashboard.
• The standard Instagram oEmbed HTML returned by Meta, which is used solely to display the public post on the merchant's store page.

We do not store Facebook or Instagram passwords, and we do not store long-term access tokens or additional profile data.

2. How to request deletion of your data

If you have used SellerTree and would like us to delete any data we hold that originated from Meta products (for example, Instagram post embeds associated with your store), you can request deletion at any time by contacting us:

• Email: support@sellertree.io
• Please include: your full name, your Instagram handle, your SellerTree store link (if applicable), and a clear description of what you want deleted.

We will confirm your identity (for example, by asking you to send the request from the same email address used on SellerTree) and will delete the relevant data from our active systems within 30 days, unless we are legally required to keep it for a longer period.

3. Self-service deletion by merchants

If you are a SellerTree merchant, you can also remove Instagram content yourself at any time by:

• Deleting the Instagram URLs from your SellerTree dashboard; and
• Requesting full account deletion via support@sellertree.io.
